Nassal contributed to the creation of this expansive destination through themed construction, habitat environments and custom scenic features that help define the park’s visual character. Throughout the property, immersive environmental elements support a wide range of experiences, from marine encounters and educational exhibits to naturalistic pathways and gathering spaces designed for exploration.

The park's centerpiece is a million-gallon saltwater lagoon where guests can snorkel among tropical fish and marine life in an environment designed to evoke the waters of the Caribbean Sea. Elsewhere, visitors can relax beside a 300,000-gallon freshwater pool surrounded by lush landscaping, waterfalls and custom rockwork, or venture into habitats featuring sharks, eels, native wildlife and free-flight birds. The experience extends beyond animal encounters with the inclusion of Caymanian Heritage Street, where architecture, dining and artisan demonstrations celebrate the island’s cultural history.
