The Waterfront was envisioned as more than a collection of shops and restaurants. Designed as a lively coastal village, the five-acre district draws guests into a world of weathered docks, nautical architecture and waterfront gathering spaces where every turn reveals a new detail inspired by life along the harbor.
Nassal developed the fabrication drawings and delivered a wide range of custom themed elements throughout the destination. The scope included scenic rockwork, decorative woodworking, mosaic tile features, themed architecture, signage and specialty props that establish the district's maritime identity. Each component was carefully integrated to create the appearance of a waterfront community that has evolved naturally over time.
Rather than relying on a single focal point, The Waterfront is defined by layers of handcrafted detail. Scenic finishes add texture to public spaces, custom architectural elements reinforce the coastal aesthetic and environmental graphics help connect retail, dining and entertainment venues into a cohesive experience. These details work together to create an atmosphere that feels authentic, inviting and full of character.
As guests move through the district, the environment encourages them to linger, explore and discover something new. Whether arriving for a meal, shopping excursion or evening entertainment, visitors are immersed in a setting where the architecture, scenery and storytelling become part of the experience, transforming a visit into a memorable day along the water's edge.
