Part marine research outpost and part underwater adventure, Ocean Explorer® invites guests to see the ocean through the eyes of an explorer. The attraction blends family rides, animal encounters and interactive experiences into a vibrant waterfront destination where discovery is woven into every corner of the journey.

To support the land’s immersive setting, Nassal crafted the artificial rockwork, themed coral formations and environmental details that define its visual identity. Throughout the area, custom scenic features create the feeling of an active ocean exploration base, transforming ordinary pathways and attraction spaces into environments inspired by life beneath the waves.

Nassal also fabricated many of the attraction’s most recognizable themed elements, including observation windows, research pods, themed portals and interactive character features such as the Link ROVs and Beacon Buddies. Coral trees, oversized jellyfish, seaweed and other custom scenic details add layers of color and personality while reinforcing the attraction’s focus on marine life and ocean conservation.

Rather than presenting education as a separate experience, Ocean Explorer integrates learning directly into the adventure. Guests move through a world where every ride, exhibit and scenic element encourages a sense of curiosity, turning a day at the park into an opportunity to explore the wonders of the ocean in unexpected ways.
