Inside the Tampa Bay Buccaneers Training Facility, the franchise’s history takes center stage. Handcrafted maple display cases, built-in exhibit cabinetry and architectural wood paneling frame a museum-quality collection of memorabilia, including the Super Bowl XXXVII Trophy, creating a striking arrival experience for players, staff and visitors.

Across the 145,000-square-foot complex, Nassal provided custom architectural woodwork, exhibit fabrication and branded environmental graphics that carry the Buccaneers identity beyond the lobby. CNC-routed locker nameplates and team logos personalize player spaces, while curved fiberglass emblems, window graphics, a media room backdrop and a dramatic 10-foot Buccaneers flag establish a consistent visual language throughout the facility.

A life-size pewter sculpture of Coach Jon Gruden and eight Buccaneers players serves as a tribute to one of the franchise’s most celebrated eras. Paired with historic displays and refined architectural finishes, the sculpture transforms a defining chapter in team history into a powerful three-dimensional focal point.

Rather than separating history from the daily rhythm of the organization, the completed facility places the Buccaneers’ legacy directly within the spaces where the team trains, prepares and gathers. The result is a professional sports headquarters that honors past accomplishments while surrounding today’s players with the pride and ambition that continue to shape the franchise.
